Most easiest, professional and organized purchase ever!!!! Roland, the sales person was the best!!!! Everyone, Roland, the finance dept. and ICBC agent were superb. They were one step ahead all the way and this allowed me to move from one area to the other quickly and without a wait. I HIGHLY recommend dealing with Mitsubishi Nanaimo. Of note, after visiting several dealerships in Nanaimo this one was hoping busy while the others were crickets. This speaks volumes in and of itself!
