Saskatoon Island Provincial Park
Range Rd 81, Wembley, AB T0H 3S0, Canada
If you think camping is an ideal way to spend some of your summer nights, you might want to look into Saskatoon Island Provincial Park. It’s a bit outside of Grande Prairie itself, but it might be the escape you want. It’s as outdoors as you can get without needing to travel too far.
Even if all you want to do is spend a day outside seeing the birds, taking pictures, walking, or whatever, this is a park you should try out. Since most parks check for vaccination proof before entry, bring your vaccination record card.
